1. What PEPE RIVER is
PEPE RIVER is a free 3D co-op game that runs in your browser. Everyone online is a pepe in the same river. There is no account, no password and no wallet connection: you only pick a name. By playing you agree to these terms.
PEPE RIVER is meant for people 18 or older.
2. $PEPERIVER is a meme
- $PEPERIVER is a meme coin. It has no utility, gives you no rights to anything and comes with no promise of profit. It is not an investment and nothing on this site is financial advice.
- The game does not sell the token, and playing does not require it. Holding it gives no advantage in the game.

3. Your save code
Your level, items and skins live on a random save code stored in your browser. It is not a login and not a wallet. Anyone who has the code controls your pepe, so keep it secret and don't show it on stream. If you clear your browser data without copying the code, the progress on it can't be recovered. Skins you bought can be restored to a new code: write to the official contact (section 7) with the transaction signature of the purchase.
4. Playing fair
- No cheats, scripts, bots or attacks on the servers. Names that are offensive or pretend to be the team are blocked, and we may rename or remove players who break these rules.
- Items, XP and levels found in the game are part of the game only. They have no value outside it, and we don't buy, sell or exchange them.
- We may change the game at any time: balance, items, bosses and phases. The game is provided as it is and may go offline for updates or problems.
5. Skin shop
The shop sells cosmetic skins for your pepe, paid in SOL. While the shop is closed, the shop screen says so and nothing can be bought.
- Cosmetic only: a skin changes how your pepe looks. It gives no gameplay advantage.
- No cash value: a skin is not a token or an NFT, can't be transferred, resold or exchanged for money, and is not an investment.
- Tied to your save code: the skin is added to the save code you used to buy it, not to your wallet.
- How you pay: the shop shows a Solana Pay QR code or link with the price. You pay from your own wallet app, and you pay the network fee. We never connect to your wallet and never ask you to sign anything on this site.
- Timing: the QR stays on screen for 30 minutes, and a payment for it is still accepted for 72 hours. Pay the exact amount, once, from a wallet that is not the shop's. A payment that doesn't match (wrong amount, paid twice, paid late) is not lost: it is kept for manual review, and we fix it or refund it.
- Didn't unlock? Write to the official contact with the transaction signature. Never send your save code, seed phrase or private key to anyone.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Refunds follow the consumer law that applies to you, and nothing in these terms takes away rights that law gives you.
- If you are in Brazil, the Consumer Defense Code (CDC, art. 49) gives you 7 days from the purchase to cancel an online purchase. Write to the official contact within 7 days with the transaction signature, and we refund the amount you paid, in SOL, to the wallet that paid, and remove the skin.
- If a paid skin never unlocks, we either unlock it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
7. Who we are and how to reach us
- Seller: the seller's identification will be published here before the shop opens.
- Official contact: coming soon (it will be listed here before the shop opens).
We never DM first. Anyone who messages you first claiming to be the team, or asks for your save code, wallet, seed phrase or a "verification" payment, is a scammer.
